Terrible service. There was a woman at the front desk who treated me with shocking disrespect. She looked at my passport and decided they don’t accept Israeli passports — with no explanation. This is blatant discrimination and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. – Simon Sof

Been coming for here for a long time never had problems. Took my little brother here for the 2nd time in 2 weeks and the AGM refused to serve him and said his ID was fake . She threatened to call cops and we said she should but instead she called security from another location and he confirmed it was real. We did not receive and apology from her or anything. She just blamed other employees and said she didn't trust them. Dont think it's her employees fault, instead it was her who was in the wrong. Unfortunately she ruined this place for me and I'll never return. Cashed out my 800 reward points and left. – Jon Samuel
