She asked me all the right questions, she definitely knew what experience I was looking for! She walked me through concentrates and gummies since I’ve never had them and let me tell you May hit the nail on the head I have had great sleep ever since!! Thank you May your smile made the day. Our first visit was great with staff and they helped us get what we needed and made sure we were able to get the promotions offered and any discounts available. Our second visit, nice staff member but he didn’t seem to know if product was on sale or not and when I tried to use a discount that was available to me, he tried telling us that it couldn’t be applied. But we called a manager over and they assured us that it in fact could be used. But weirdly the cost still didn’t add up correctly. This third visit will most likely be our last visit. They wouldn’t allow us to use military discount though we had on a previous visit. On our first, they told us about the freebie deals and discounts for new customers so we brought someone thinking they could use the discounts and they were told no, they couldn’t because they already had it discounted at the store. The price was still more than what other dispos would have charged at regular price. It seems as though the staff may be unaware of how the discounts are to be applied because twice we had to have a manager fix their input. Just be sure to pay attention to what you’re getting and what they charge. – Brittany Cowans

Ever since trulieve took over Harvest and Story gave me a bad batch of bud. I switched over to Jars and have had consistent results in the tree especially with it not being super super dry. Ive been ringing up with Jess who's been very chill, respectful and knowledgeable. – Omar Pereda
