Enchanted Botanicals Nob Hill - Cannabis Dispensary & Lounge

Very rude customer service. I walked in to go to the lounge and was asked to wait because other people were there before me, understandable so we waited. Three gentleman went into the lounge. I was told I need to purchase something to go into the lounge. I informed her I just made a purchase 15 minutes ago and that’s why we were returning to check out the lounge but no problem I would make another purchase. She then told me unfortunately the lounge was closing in 10 minutes and we could not be served because there other people behind me in line that also need to be helped so they couldn’t help me and my friend so we were made to wait only to be turned away. She didn’t even offer to let me make a purchase like she said I had to do to gain entrance to the lounge even though she had just let three men enter. I told her if there was ten minutes we just wanted to check it out and wouldn’t be staying more then ten minutes, she still denied us entrance and told us to come back tomorrow. Completely rude, inhospitable and unwelcoming. I hate to make a bad review because of one employee who is obviously unprofessional and treated us like we were not supposed to be there. – Francine Sanchez

Visiting from out of town and was very overwhelmed by how many dispensaries there are now so I gave up hope and figured Id just deal with the pain. However, I accidentally stumbled into this beautiful shop and knew I’d been directed here for a reason. Best dispensary ever!! Nicole was really helpful and so kind! She told me I could sit in the lounge and I had never seen a cannabis lounge but this was so nice! They lend you whatever you need and it’s comfortable and cool, perfect for an escape from the ABQ sun! Amazing variety of quality products and a welcoming atmosphere. This place was amazing! My first visit to a consumption lounge and it did not disappoint! The vibe was chill, the flower was fire (Wedding Cake 🔥) and I absolutely loved the gaming table. We spent three hours there and it didn't feel like it. The staff was hella helpful and kind. The budtender, Jaden, was dope as hell and highly knowledgeable about her products. She recommend excellent bud. They provide literally everything you need to have a chill sesh. Highly recommend!!! – Gaby Perez
