Being in the industry myself and coming in from out of town, I can honestly say Luke was awesome to work with. Super knowledgeable, kind, professional, and just overall very easy to talk to. He really took his time with me and made sure I was leaving happy with the quality of what I came in looking for. He even found me a few savings I was eligible for, which I definitely appreciated! The atmosphere was great, and he made the whole experience feel comfortable and welcoming. Definitely cute, friendly, & professional. I’m a veteran of the Army and an Air Force spouse. The first two times I went in I was told I could use the military discount here. This time I was told only if I’m a veteran, which they did not believe. Not consistent, not military friendly. Oddly enough the men who worked there honored it both weeks- when it was only two girls working they assumed I wasn’t veteran and claimed their policy changed. Go to Enlighten, they honor every time, care about their veterans and remember your name. Better prices and treatment. I also noticed catalyst will only respond to their good reviews. You lost a weekly customer that was willing to try a new shop. – Heather Steffey

Great Selection of goodies and I like the layout of the store. When you walk in you show your ID at the window and then they call your name and you go behind the door to make your purchase. If they’re taking customers already then you just wait in the entry room it’s pretty spacious they have a list of other products on a table for you to look at so you know what you want. They have an ATM there is seating. I was in and out in less than five minutes my bud tender was very polite knowledgeable and fast. When comparing prices online this store had the lowest prices for the six items I was looking for. I’ve come here about six times always making the same purchases I will continue to come back and I would recommend anybody at least coming in and checking it out – Jahnay “NayNay”

I really wish I didn’t have to leave this review, but my last experience was unacceptable. As I was leaving, I gave a stranger an old lighter—something completely harmless—and was immediately confronted and harassed by staff. The way they spoke to me was unnecessarily rude and aggressive, and it made the whole experience uncomfortable. Customer service matters, and this was the exact opposite of that. No one deserves to be treated like that over something so minor. Unfortunately, I keep coming back because this is the closest dispensary to Eagle River, but if there were any better options nearby, I would gladly take my business elsewhere. I hope management takes a serious look at how customers are being treated. – Nathan Shaw

Extremely unhappy about the way your business and the way you're employees treated me in my friends on 420 of all days your staff was rude. They did not answer questions. And they demanded that we buy something basically and to top it off, you guys are robbing the public. Nobody even realized but maybe a few folk that your deals yesterday weren't even deals. You charge the same price for your pre rolls on 420 that you do every Tuesday. And then everything else was basically buy. Three get one free where does any of that fall into a great deal category? According to your company, yeah, I don't think I'll be returning at all – Brad Brown
