First, let’s talk about Sean. He was so amazing. I am someone who likes to take my time and really know about the products before I buy it. He did not rush me and he stayed With me to talk about his knowledge of the product. He did know a lot about each brand you can tell he really cares about his work and about the customer and their experience. Moving onto the product I got I got a brand called naked. I ended up getting the sweet strawberry disposable. It is seriously so stinking good. It taste like a vape, but at the very end, you do get to taste the marijuana and it is clean. Thank you guys for staying such a sweet store. I always enjoy coming in and seeing you guys. – Mary Harper

The tender named Simeon was able to get me one of the most amazing deals I've had in my customer experience at the store. He is a very knowledgeable associate, and he helped me get a wonderful Mother's Day gift for my mama. Due to medical issues, she has sensitive lungs, and when I told him this, he had just the thing for her. – Deathaxis13

I was given the wrong strain and didn’t realized it until I got in my car and read the label of the package. I went back inside to have it exchanged with the right one, but they refused to exchanged it because there's no refunds and everything is final sale. I told them even if it was mistake from the bud tender, you guys will not accept an exchange, but they still refused. I understand there are no refunds like all other dispensaries, but this is clearly a mistake from the bud tender. The flower that was given is still in a sealed package too, it's not like it's been tampered with. If you decide to shop here, make sure to double check your purchase, obviously they will not own up to their own mistake. I will not be going back here due to their lack of customer service. You want to run a successful business, prioritize in putting more effort in customer service. – SCO
