Today (2/17/26) was the absolute BEST visit we’ve had to this Red Run location, all thanks to ALLY! She was sweet and had the best personality, and this was immediately upon entering the store. She was super knowledgeable about current promotions and made us feel like truly treasured customers. We definitely also appreciated her girl’s girl energy as we laughed and had fun throughout the whole purchase. I think the skinnier looking dude maybe racist. I went in because I know some dispensery do and some don’t sell cigarettes. I guess he didn’t like that even tho I waited till he was done yapping to the customer that was slowing walking out and rudely mumbled “You need to have your id ready or I’m going to have to refuse service” so I asked was I supposed to just hold it up to nobody while you were only looking and talking to the other person 🤣 he said “no there’s a sign right there”, so I asked was I supposed to just rudely interrupt your conversation? Because I had my ID ready in my hand. I usually go to their neighbor for weed because they’re super nice and have great customer service than this place🙂 – X X
