Me and my dad have been going to the Insa Easthampton location since opening day i love their products the deals they throw here and there also the friendly staff which is always there to help with your selection! Insa products never seem to fail me this one company i always loved and have nothing bad to say about cant wait for them to branch out into new york city and hopefully the south side of miami florida would love to see them in those locations as well Insa flower is the best – Justyn Rivera

I will be completely honest. Horrible experience here and will never return. Placed an order through them in person everything went well till they needed my cannabis ID. I told them I just renewed and I have the screenshot of it . They told me they cant accept that anymore. I said we'll thats wierd why not. They stated a new rule by the ccc. They could print it but stopped doing that as well. I said you cant do me the quick favor I have literally over 100 dollars in product here. They refused instead sent me to cvs to print it out. Why would I then go to cvs and come back to where you refused my business for a simple gesture of printing a paper for both of us. They were so adamant that they lost out on business for just not helping a customer. Just bad customer service and lost out on a customer for life .. – Son Goku

I'm not coming back. No matter what time of day, I'm always waiting 30+ minutes for a pick up order!!! There is never more than one employee. Whats the point of the door scanner attached the wall, if there is still to be a person at the door scanning IDS. Who still just sits there?? Whats the point? Tonight was 45. Hi, so I came in to the store checked my ID when I walked in. I went towards the counter and tried to explain to the young lady what I was doing that I was new to this, and if you could look up my record from the last time I was here it was a very simple question. I just wanna say during the process of doing this the young lady was not listening. I said I want you to listen to me when I’m trying to portray to you and she kept repeating. I’m trying to help you. I’m trying to help you. All she had to do was listen and I would be happy and I said hey I want something you know to chill me out at night. We did that and I said I’m new to all this. She’s speaking jargon. I don’t know. I just said look at. I don’t understand what you’re saying. Let’s just make it simple I need The edible and then this is what I need it for and then I need something to give me a little energy when I wake up in the morning, I have not tried it yet, but I just want the staff the person at the desk she listen so well I just wanted to communicate that I would really appreciate another customers with to listen to the customer Keep rocking on.
