Total bs. I've never had a problem before but tonight I did. Both of my items had bubbles, one looked practically empty and the other didn't look much better. Was told I was gonna get a replacement and waited hours on end with no responses. For the money I worked hard for just to be wasted like this is completely bs. On the phone I was thinking they were professional with how they handled the situation but to just lie to me saying they'll fix it and not?! Very misleading. Last time I'm spending here. Edit day after: Took a few hits of the cart they said to keep and had a reaction bad enough to go to the hospital. Do NOT buy from here please!! If you get the Cali Honey PLEASE DONT BUY. I contacted them a few times no answers. If they are willing to get customers sick from faulty or tampered products then they DO NOT deserve business FAKE OR TAMPERED DISPOSABLES DO NOT BUY – Lady Agrona

‼️BEWARE‼️I was excited that they had “California Honey” at a good price. I should’ve opened the package before leaving because this disposable was 100% tampered with. Although the box was sealed, the top was cracked open and I noticed two distinct colors of the oil, as if someone injected their own oil/wax/distilate into the plastic hardware. They think they are slick buying the hardware online for under $5 then injecting their own substance… Don’t believe me? Look at the pictures. Look at the oil colors and the UNSEALED top (which was actually open more I had tried to close it) California honey ice cream cake should be a thick dark distillate, not a mix of two colors and two oil consistencies. Additionally it tastes burnt like the plastic and hardware are burning. Beware of this company and stay safe! I noticed right away but for someone new to disposables, this might have gone unnoticed. – Tana Brown

This company is a scam. The products I received were not accurate or as described, and the quality was far below what was advertised. When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, they repeatedly failed to follow through on their promises. Responses were vague, delayed, or completely stopped once payment was already taken. There was no real effort to provide a resolution or take responsibility. I strongly recommend avoiding this company and taking your business elsewhere. – Nathan Banks
