The store itself is excellent however the three stars is because of their delivery service I'm being told that the delivery driver doesn't deliver to my area & I'm trying to figure out if he gets paid to do this job or if he does it for free because what delivery driver gets to dictate where they deliver to? Then I try to make it easier by telling them to deliver to my job which is only about 10 to 15 blocks from their store & I was told he said he doesn't deliver in that area either ,are you kidding me I'm not ordering $50 worth of product I'm ordering over $150 worth product & you can't deliver to my area which is really not that far it might be a half hour ride from ZenZest to my apartment but the delivery driver doesn't know the area so he uses GPS which always gives the longest route. Yes I'm tight because I really liked this store but because of their delivery driver I can no longer order from them – King Lou
Great experience at this spot! The customer service was top-notch — staff were super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It’s in a convenient location with parking available, which made the visit hassle-free. They have an impressive collection of pre-rolls and a wide variety of options to choose from. Came here for the first time today and had a great experience. They have a VERY large variety of everything with great prices. The staff was super helpful and friendly and the whole experience overall went super fast and smooth. I will definitely be shopping here every time I’m in Staten Island! – The Life of Lex
The absolute worse dispensary on Staten Island. Owner doesn’t understand what good business means I waited two hours for my delivery. They sent me the wrong item. I call the store and they said we will send someone right out with the correct product. I waited another two hours and no one came. So I opened the item they sent me and smoked that. Finally after another half hour someone shows up with the correct item. They actually asks for the wrong product back. I told them I had already opened it so just take back what you just brought me. In last 5 days I dropped over $350 in this store. I guess this. How they treat good customer. Last time for me – Philip Campanella
