Ethan who worked Monday evening is absolutely incredible. I truly thank him for being such a help. I was asking a ton of questions and my partner was a bit loud and we are truly sorry. Just frustrating when a product can not be scanned by the customer to see what type of other ingredients are in it than cannibis. Ethan deserves a raise for how well his customer service and calmness is. I truly thank the young ladies at the front counter for all of their help as well. I am submitting this complaint regarding an interaction I experienced at the dispensary on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at approximately 3:30 PM. Upon entering the dispensary, a white male security guard employed by Seffer Secure mistakenly identified me as another customer and stated that I had already visited earlier that day before checking my identification. After reviewing my ID, he quickly corrected himself. I responded by saying that not all Black people look alike because I felt uncomfortable being incorrectly identified before my ID was verified. The interaction left me feeling stereotyped and uncomfortable as a Black woman. After the incident, I attempted to contact management to discuss my concerns but was unable to reach anyone. On Friday, May 15, 2026, at approximately 7:48 PM, I received a call from Shane of Seffer Secure regarding the situation. During the conversation, I attempted to explain my concerns and describe exactly what had happened. However, while I was speaking, Shane became quiet and then repeatedly asked, “what happened,” which made me feel as though he was not actively listening to me while I was already explaining the situation. As I became frustrated trying to repeat myself and clarify my concerns, Shane then shifted the focus toward my tone and appeared irritated by my frustration rather than addressing the substance of my complaint. The overall interaction came across as dismissive and passive-aggressive, and I ultimately chose to end the call because the conversation no longer felt productive. I am submitting this complaint because I believe the situation could have been handled with greater professionalism, attentiveness, and sensitivity toward customers. This place has excellent business practices. Their customer service is top-notch. Liam helped educate me on a product And Grace helped to resolve an issue I had quickly, efficiently, and with a friendly demeanor. I trust the workers at this Dispensary. Grace has been delivering excellent customer service on a continuous basis. I travel out of my way to go through this dispensary because I trust their Products and can rely on their excellent customer service. – _ Neely
