The Kokoro Way LLC

So here is my experience on the their website it saids responds to email in mins. So of course being unfamiliar with cbd products i wanted i literally had to send several email before I even got a response. So I finally placed an order which I said they ship i 24 hours. At least 2 weeks went by and I had to reach out to them i send at least 5 emails just to see what is going on with my order and 2 phone followed up by one more email before I finally got answers and I at this point I was done with this company and products what went from me ordering from them all the time to never again changed quickly when someone responded but to me saying sorry we will refund you and send your bottle plus an extra. Mean while I am thinking that's wonderful they're making this right and taking care of there customers. They did get my original order out pretty quickly but I have to email about the refund and they never sent the extra bottle. Now let me remember you I never asked for an extra bottle or a refund this was all offered to me. So don't promise something and not follow though because that makes the whole situation worse. I will never return as a customer or recommended them to anyone. Which sucks because I liked their products. So I didn't send any other email out just saying I received one bottle but not the extra that you offered and days went by I never received any response. It has been I horrible experience horrible customer service. Don't say your going to do something and not do it – Sherri Files

Just got back from Kokoro Way and I bought some new stuff to try. So far the vapes are delicious AND really potent! Friendly and extremely helpful sales staff. Definitely go here if you want very good stuff! I'm a looong time marijuana enthusiast. I give 5 stars all the way! – Mark Bieniek
