False Advertising, Misrepresentation of Pricing, and deceptive Sales Practices at Crush Dispensary. On May 19, 2026, I visited Crush Dispensary at New Scotland & Grove after their online menu advertised Dragonfly 1g vape carts for $33.00 and the 0.5g products at $25.00. The employee stated that the website was a mistake and that prices had changed, representing that 0.5g products were now priced at $33, resulting in a total charge of $38.00. I was provided a 0.5g Florette Grape Bubblegum cartridge of a different brand and half the advertised size. I was charged materially more than the dispensary’s own advertised pricing based on the employee’s false representation regarding current pricing. If it’s one thing I HATE is when businesses get DECEPTIVE. This matter concerns the principle of accurate advertising, honest pricing, and compliance with consumer protection standards, not the monetary amount. I have preserved screenshots of the original menu, current 0.5g pricing at $25.00, the receipt, and the product received. Formal complaints have been filed with the New York State Office of Cannabis Management the Better Business Bureau documenting this, it’s just such a horrible thing to do to someone that actually wants to support your business and you guys turn around and act like this is very concerning is all. I’m hype about this boutique opening up! Great location right off the cut. Great selection but not so much that you feel overwhelmed.
