This dispensary substituted my father’s medical cannabis product with a completely different item not even sold by their store — twice. The prescription was supposed to be a high potency gummy from the company HiColor (which can only be purchased from a medical facility, not a recreational one) The staff member swapped the expensive high potency gummies with inexpensive sleep gummies (they obtained from a recreational store.) I suspect that their delivery driver swapped it out and resealed the bag prior to the delivery drop off. The first time required a written complaint before they corrected it. The second time, the manager John refused to replace the product with the correct one or issue a refund and suggested someone else in my household must be responsible instead of taking accountability. John told me I must utilize a different dispensary, although I have been a customer for a number of years. My father was left without his medication and no refund. This is unsafe, irresponsible, and unacceptable behavior for a medical dispensary. We have reported this to the state. This dispensary I have only been there Twice in person and this was about 2 yrs ago maybe more but since than they have been my DELIVERY DISPENSARY for i cannot travel that far, if I live close by they see my face ALOT 😁👍 I wanna make shout out to ALLAN on 12/3/25 I call and he took care of me thank you for your EXCELLENT SERVICE over phone 🐾❤️🐾 I ALSO WANNA MAKE SHOUT OUT TO CHRIS HE TOOK CARE OF ME PLENTY OF TIMES excellent customer service over the phone for long time now AND I’ve fail even given a review. Every time I go to Vireo Health on Queens Blvd to pick up my son's live-saving medication, I am always blown away by the caring and professionalism of all those that work there. From the first visit where you have a relaxing, informative session with the knowledgeable pharmacist to visits when you are picking up refills, you know that these people care about you. This is not just a pharmacy where you pick up medication and leave, or what you would imagine a marijuana dispensary to be. Their office is spacious and comfortable. They are patient, professional, and will work with you and your doctor to figure out what you need. The location is actually very convenient to get to if you live out of the immediate area. Its proximity to Queens Center Mall makes it easy to find parking in the garage, and if you bring your parking ticket into Vireo they will cover parking for you! Pretty soon they will be even doing home deliveries, which will be a first in NY. I was there recently and had a wonderful time chatting with John the pharmacist, and Nash, Cindy, and Jaren.
