Very rude and dismissive budtender in the morning wearing a mask the other day. Tried asking a few questions but they were being very condescending and seemed more interested being on their phone… On top of all that I got sold an ounce that was over 6 months old and they said this was the best they had to offer??? so many better options in the area that actually make you feel welcome! – Maya Flores

Went here and was super impressed. Forgetful here, but the girl wearing double cat eye liner, SUPER helpful, helped me, didnt rush as I havent been to a dispensary in quite some time. (Id love to update the review with her name so those who need extra help can ask for her, but youll know) Highly recommend this place.. love the moss wall. Dispensaries dont have the same entry proccess where I live, so shout out to the security guy being busy and still handling things im sure most wouldnt know how to do. – Joshua Warren
very disappointed with my experience today. I usually have a pretty good experience at this location. I do my research and I go to the store knowing what I want.And how much it's going to be, I even make phone calls before I arrive.And I always check the website. Today, I was overcharged $13. And the so called manager for this evening was very adamant that I was wrong. I left and went to my car and checked the website for the price of what I just purchased with taxes and everything. It should have only been $22 out the door, this guy charged me 35, and he was very rude about it. Telling me that he's the manager and that the lady's working tonight were only BudTenders, and they don't know what's happening, and they can't help me with any prices. But when the Bud tenders, tell him what the price is and his other supervisor manager partner, Tells him he was wrong. He should have come out and apologized.Immediately, but he didn't say anything.He just gave me the amount that he overcharged me. I will not be returning to this location.There are plenty of other stores in southern california alone that I could go to and get better service and not be treated in this fashion by a guy who thinks he has some kind of power. It's not about the money, it's about the principle of the matter. management is a joke. wanted to talk to the owner and he straight up said “nah i don’t wanna talk to her” and hid behind a closed door. security also played in my face when i walked in, which i don’t appreciate. all this bc i didn’t have my physical id with me, but i calmly came in and asked “hey can i use a picture bc yall always do it for me “since i’ve obviously been here a lot. i would’ve got the id no problem, but at the point i just wanted to talk to the owner and he hid. so unprofessional. when they did let me in i asked “hey are u the owner ?” he ignored me, and i said “hm ?” and he didn’t say anything. makes sense. anyways besides the “owner” and “security guard” there i’d come back for the products there. – mia cruz
