Very disappointed with how I was treated at this dispensary. A confrontation with another customer near the entrance escalated when she became verbally aggressive, made accusations against me, and demanded that I not be served. Instead of taking the time to hear both sides of the situation or review what actually happened, staff appeared to immediately accept her version of events and asked me to leave while continuing to serve her. I felt unfairly judged, denied service without a proper investigation, and treated as though I was the problem. I strongly encourage ownership to review this incident and preserve any available surveillance footage from the parking lot, entrance, and store, as I believe it would provide an objective account of what occurred. Businesses should handle customer disputes by gathering facts from everyone involved, not by making snap decisions based on accusations alone. I hope management takes this matter seriously and conducts a thorough review of how this situation was handled. – Cactus St. Cyr
Shoutout to Alana the girl with the neck tattoo for always being such an amazing budtender. She’s super kind, patient, and really knows her stuff. Even when I came in last minute, she still took the time to help me and made the whole experience great. Customer service like that really makes a difference — definitely appreciate her! I just needed a quick smoke, nothing more than $10. I asked about the prices for flower and they only told me about their $75 top-shelf. I asked for their cheapest products and they started acting confused. – Cyra
