Don’t shop here! Much better places in midland. Prices are the worse in town ,dry as a bone weed, overpriced carts left upside down or on their side so theirs an air bubble left around your coil making your cart burn easier. customer service lacks the friendly part, the coworkers willContinue their conversation for 5 mins before serving you and they act snobby and look at you Owe them money for no reason . Much Better dispensary a block over. Don’t believe me you’re getting overcharged shopping there? Compare their prices to TNCC and you’ll cry. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I was sold product that was clearly bad — dry, ineffective, and absolutely not what I paid for. When I tried to address the issue, instead of taking any responsibility, the staff brushed me off and acted like it wasn’t their problem. They were quick to take my money but completely unwilling to make things right. To make matters worse, the supervisor I spoke with was unbelievably unhelpful and came across as completely unqualified for her position. Rather than listening or trying to resolve the issue, she was dismissive and defensive — exactly the opposite of what good customer service should be. It’s unacceptable for a business to operate this way. When customers spend their hard-earned money, they deserve respect, accountability, and at the very least, basic professionalism. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly suggest others think twice before spending their money here. – Keegan Therrien

Customer service is abysmal, everytime I go in i'm getting ID'd by a different employee any time they see me. I was once asked by 4 different employees at one point. When i'm there I feel like i'm being rushed to leave as soon as possible by employees despite telling them i'm browsing. – Aidan Ball
