Staff are absolutely phenomenal! Unfortunately it was slim pickings when I arrived to pick up my online order. The prices are spectacular and I did get a reduced rate on 1 item (ordered 4 different items and got 3/4). This post initially had 3 stars but bumped up to 4 because the staff member really tried to remedy the situation but alas ended up with a completely different one at a discount. I just had a delightful and productive interaction with the staff at Doctors Orders dispensary. I emailed because of my health today I didn't feel like speaking too anyone even my vocal chords hurt today. So I emailed them an issue I had going on. And very quickly I was emailed a response that fixed everything. She was very empathetic and smart. So after our interaction I just wanted to share with my fellow humans if you like customer service and also a response time that's quick trust Drs Orders. Thanks guys. – Chris Lang
Sweetest staff I have ever encountered! Really sat there listening to all of my silly little problems 💜 So completely patient, and had lots of information about each different product I asked about, even had some quality recommendations!
