They mix low quality products in with the good ones and push them on promotion without properly informing customers. I ended up with a product that was clearly low quality and when I tried to exchange it for the exact same product in a different flavor, they refused because it had already been opened and “couldn’t be resold.” Instead of standing behind what they sell, they make the customer take the loss. Their exchange policy is terrible and customer service is even worse. Will not be back. – Olivia
