I had a truly great experience here thanks to the outstanding service I received from Corbin. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, kind, and genuinely eager to help. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made thoughtful recommendations based on my preferences, without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. It was clear he was knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, and that made a big difference in my visit. What stood out most was how he treated everyone in the store with the same level of respect and care no matter if someone was a first-time visitor or a regular, he was approachable, patient, and professional. It’s not every day you come across someone who combines product knowledge with such a warm and friendly attitude. 10/10 would definitely come back again, and I’ll be recommending this place to friends based on this experience alone. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience at Zen. Always friendly. Always helpful. It’s the place where everybody knows my name. But I’m here to talk about Marc. He has always patient and kind, making suggestions to give me the greatest value. Zen in Newington is usually my go-to. However, I was closer to Meriden this time and figured I’d give it a shot. No issues with my order, but I had a question about product (more of “would you take this over that” type of thing). Dustin was excellent with my question and actually gave me an honest opinion / answer and it really made the difference in what I was purchasing. He took the time to detail the benefits of the product as well as what I should expect. This was helpful and I felt comfortable with my decision. I’ve always had good experiences with Zen and his is the third one I’ve visited and all have been top-notch. Give Dustin a raise (or at least a decent bonus!!) – Antonio Eason
