Edited: Raven's Joint and the Nanticoke brand both offered to make it right for me 🫶 good and quick customer service I bought a pack of 5 infused prerolls today and when I opened them there were only 3 inside.. I've bought this brand of prerolls from them multiple times, I've never had this issue until today. Employees are great though, I know its not their fault. – Shannon
Today at Ravens in which I have been going to over a year at least once a week it’s great. The place is nicely laided out and the staff are very professional in helping you and the prices are excellent and the web site is one of the best that I have seen out of all the dispensaries. If they are out of stock of the product it won’t be on the page till they get more in. Which this is very nice and helpful because a lot of dispensaries I’ve been to don’t do that and when I walk in and getting some flower they tell me it’s out of stock and online it says it is in stock. I live in Liverpool and there are 3 dispensaries between me and Ravens. The one down the road from me I use to go when they opened. But after awhile I started to realize that it became a hassle. So then I tried Ravens Joint and my first time in was very welcoming and fantastic. Now the two others on the way to Ravens is about ready to open but I know with Ravens Joint that there’s none better than the one that I’m at now with them. I love the sales they have all month long and events they have. I feel so relaxed when I go to Ravens and feel welcomed when I go there. So check them out you won’t be disappointed. This was fast becoming my go to spot. Good selection and fair prices. Stopped in today for the 4/20 sales. They had a 3.5 gm blunt for $26 listed on the in house tv ads. Ordered one and was told he had to check on it. Thought maybe they were out of it. Nope. They admitted it should not have been advertised and refused to sell it to me. Now I understand this is their business and up to them but that is not honest business practice. Really a shame. – Dave M
I'm in here probably once a week on average. They're pricing is competitive and unless its super busy, someone usually caters to your needs. They are always having events and give out stickers and stuff. Sometimes they run phenomenal deals as well. I think one time I bought a water pipe dirt cheap and I still have it. Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful- it is hard to find service like that nowadays. I wouldn't bother searching elsewhere, Ravens Joint is the spot. – Joseph Kairis
