I had a bad experience with the brand quality before but Stephani helped assured me quality has change and then after being cool and we went shopping and I couldn’t believe the prices compared to other places. I bought two disposable vapes from Stizzy that were leaking badly. Normally I don’t bother returning things because I’m too lazy, but this time the products were unusable. When I tried to return them—with the matching boxes and my receipt—I was accused of trying to return something that “wasn’t theirs,” and they refused to give me a refund. Let me be clear: I don’t care about the money. I spend plenty on these products, and the refund isn’t the issue. It’s about doing good business. After this experience, I won’t be coming back. And to the person at the counter—learn to read your customer. I’m not trying to sound like a jerk, but if you took two seconds to look at my wallet, you’d know I can easily afford the products. I’m not some bum off the street. Treating customers like that is just bad business. – Rory Buttelmann
