I just wanted to leave a review for Julz at Catalyst in Stanton because she is seriously amazing. Every time my family and I come in and end up with her, she’s always so welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, and just genuinely kind. She makes the whole experience comfortable and easy every single time. You can tell she really knows her products and actually cares about helping people instead of just rushing them through the line. Her energy is always positive and she honestly brightens our day whenever we see her working. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. She’s a huge asset to Catalyst and definitely deserves recognition for how great she is at what she does. My whole family loves her! – Catrena S

Some of the female tenders don’t listen to what you request and they ignore you to pay attention to together customers. Had to walk back in after walking to my car and notice may purchase wasn’t what I wanted. Returned and the manager was sweet and helped me out. – sonia

Turned away over an absurd, made-up store policy.My husband was denied entry here because his valid, government-issued ID doesn't list his height and weight. This is NOT a state law—it is entirely this specific store's rigid, power-tripping policy. We have been to plenty of other dispensaries and have never experienced such a weird, unwelcoming rule. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and combative when explaining it. Save your time and money and go somewhere else that actually understands basic customer service and doesn't invent fake rules to turn paying customers away. – Amera Nesheiwat
