TaeLe was very knowledgeable about the products! Super sweet! And we are even redhead twinsies! We even got to meet the man himself whom was super accommodating and very friendly and easy to talk to. Nobody was pushy at all. Had a great experience at Alien Products. Kayla was the only employee working when I stopped by, and she did an amazing job. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and kept everything running smoothly even while handling the store by herself. She took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Great customer service like that is hard to find. Stopped in while visiting from out of town and this place was great! We don't have smoke lounges where I'm from, so it was really cool to be able go buy a preroll and hang out. It was a Wednesday afternoon so pretty quiet, and very clean. I would definitely come back. – Jasmine Seales
This location is super amazing. I did not take time to enjoy the lounge during my first visit, but I certainly will in the future! Jerry is amazing, awesome customer service and overall vibe. He brings a little extra to the atmosphere, very cool guy, this business better be sure to keep him! Also, good prices and excellent selection. I found a specific brand and flavor cartridge there that I haven't been able to find anywhere local to me, and have been searching high and low for! Genuinely had a good time here my first time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The lounge is great. They also provide decent amenities like water, coffee board games etc. The space is very clean and has good atmosphere. The employees made the experience worth it for me. Prices are decent and selection seems good. This seems more catered for a middle ground between dispensary and bar style experience, where they want to bridge the gap. So if you expect to go here looking for massive discounts and huge selections this might not be what you are looking for. This to me seems more setup to be a buy what you need, enjoy now, leave, finish it at home, come back and repeat. Not really for the bulk buyers. But they still have some good deals on in house stuff. It's a good spot for sure with the main benefit being the lounge. Once again the staff was great, thanks again! – EK
