What People Are Saying

I used to shop here every 2 weeks at this dispo. I will not be returning if I do it will only be for concentrate. There was a simple mistake made and they still do me wrong trying to correct it. I bought 14 grams of moonrock and only received 7 grams. Called manager said they will add a note and give me my other 7 grams. I went to pick it up a week later because I live over 70 miles away. I tried to explain and the guy wasn't listening walked away while I was talking to him. Brought me an unmarked sack with no gram amount or name on it. It was nearly 3.5 grams not the 7 I didn't receive. I asked what it was he said what was noted in ur account and was like do u need a name on it. Again upset with me like I was in the wrong. I said do I need to have a name on it he said no u don't. I was just done. Because I knew they have skimped me out on what I paid for again. When a business does u wrong no need to argue or go off. Just don't shop with me. I had never had a problem with them. Always nice customer service and great prices. But that was just crazy to me. – Lucresha Sawyer

This place is a mess from the moment you walk in. No organization, no direction, nothing. It was our first time, and we were just standing there while people walked up and ordered like they were VIP. Nobody explained anything until I finally said something. Then they take your stuff to the back to weigh it, and now I see why. We were shorted not once, but twice. The first bag was missing items, and they acted confused until the receipt exposed it. We drove 2.5 hours home and found out a “7g” was really a 3.5. The guy at the counter had an attitude like we were bothering him. If you go here, check everything before you leave. Don’t trust the label, don’t trust the bag, don’t trust the process. First time and definitely the last. – MZG P

Their grand opening was the first I had the privilege to attend, and they genuinely seem to care about being a good neighborhood distro. They have some wild pieces in there, and amazing product. Please swing by and check them out. ^^ – Echo Morrigan

Hands down best prices in town, wish I would have known about this location before. Staff is very friendly, and give honest opinions o. Products – Karl Morrison

During my visit, I purchased multiple items, including one ounce of flower. After leaving the store and reviewing my purchase, I realized that the ounces was missing from my order. I immediately contacted the dispensary by phone to report the issue and to ask what could be done to resolve it, whether that be a refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution because I take a 3 hour drive to this dispensary. When I called, I spoke with a security guard named Jeff. Instead of responding with professionalism, empathy, or a willingness to assist, Jeff stated, “I don’t know what you want me to do about that,” in a dismissive tone. This response was inappropriate and unnecessary, especially given that I was calling calmly to report a legitimate issue involving a paid purchase. Only after this remark was I transferred to a manager. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy—especially when reporting a mistake made by the store. Security staff are often the first point of contact and represent your business just as much as management or sales associates. Jeff’s response reflected poorly on the dispensary and made an already frustrating situation worse. I believe this matter deserves attention, not only regarding the missing item but also in addressing how customer concerns are communicated and handled by staff. – Trinity Jackson
