This place is fantastic! The staff is amazing and so friendly. The variety of options within each product category is vast and impressive. They have great deals and a solid rewards program. The location is perfect, clean and a large spacious area. I never feel rushed, always given time to view the options and the knowledgeable staff is always very helpful. This reminds me of the days before full legalization with medical only where you were treated with respect and care. Not rushed in and out like so many places are nowadays, I don't feel guilty for not having an online order or not knowing exactly what I want. I remember going to this stores grand opening and I’ve been going ever since. Went to this store for the last time today (Because we’re moving) and very sad to leave. The staff here is so awesome and helpful with all your needs. Anytime anyone needs a recommendation to a dispo in the area this is always my go to. Great prices, great people and great products. I went here to get holiday flower and I was sold prerolls that I didn’t know had a lot of leaf in them. There was a buy one get one special so I bought 2. After trying out the one and realizing I got scammed I when back in to try to at least exchange the unopened one for something good. They would not accept a return, exchange, or give me a refund. I spoke with a rude lady named Val and I also called in to talk to a manager. They would not even examine the product. Not going back here. – Gena The Eagle
You’re supposed to get a 20% discount on your first visit. I happened to purchase an item that was already on sale for 20% off. They said they cannot stack discounts, which is standard, so they just applied my first time 20% discount to the regular price of my item. So i didnt actually get a first time discount since the item was already 20% off. If you come across this situation in other places, they will apply your first time discount on your next visit. The sales associate said she cannot do this and that i was given the first time discount. She could not understand that i actually did not receive the discount in reality. *Update: They did reach out to rectify the situation and did apologize. Addressing a customer complaint by phone and apologizing is top customer service in my book. – James N
