Stopped in for the first time here recently and the experience was calming relaxed genuine and very professional. Matthew and the front desk lady were both welcoming, approachable and knowledgeable about their products and I didn't feel pressured or "oversold" like had been the case for the last twenty years. So much better than when it was outlawed.
