Staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and great listeners every time I have come in. They are always able to find a good alternative if what I am looking for is out of stock or has been discontinued. Every product I have tried is high quality and effective. The packaging on everything looks great. Labels are clear, concise, and well-designed. Sales are well thought and worth timing your visits to. The store itself is beautifully decorated. I had a tremendous experience here. The staff was amazingly helpful and just cool as Can be. The aesthetics of the entire place from top to bottom is apothecary 100% and deserving of a visit. Normally the customer service is fantastic. However there is a girl with bright pink hair named Alicia C(name on the receipt) she will be a reason I will go somewhere else. She talks to you like you’re dumb and she dismisses everything you say I have never had a rude encounter at the bad company like I just had 8/13/2024. – Kriss Prendergast
