I have been a customer since I moved here a few years ago, and I can honestly say it’s the best shop in town. Here’s why, first off their customer service is 10/10 top notch! Everyone I’ve ever had an interaction with in all these years has been very friendly and helpful! Like above and beyond helpful! Then, their selection is unmatched. You can’t find better products elsewhere up here. Finally, it’s consistent. Like I said I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never been disappointed. This shop has centered itself around profit and not for the people anymore. Their customer service has gone WAY down hill. It sucks to hear how their employees even agree with their point system, how ridiculous it is. Even if you come in with a complain, they don’t do anything to make the next purchase better. They’ll upsell you on product on brands you don’t like. This was my go to store, stopping in every 3 days but green pharm is my new go to. Even their free goodie bags suckkkkk. I got boof product that didn’t even work, which was a disposable cart. Shout out to Ryan (maybe Eddie? The guy with arm tattoos) and Steph tho, the only ones with knowledge. Erin 1/10 for customer help. Green pharm will actually reach out to their customers to guarantee customer satisfaction! – RP
