Unfortunately I had a rather negative experience here. I asked for a specific product, received product but the product had already exploded inside of the bag. No problem. I went back inside to resolve the issue and customer service seemed great until they refused to provide me with the item that i had bought. The manager instead pushed another product onto me. I tried to explain that I really just wanted my original product but he didn't seem to care. I had no choice but to accept this new product that I did not want. I'm sure a lot of people have had good experiences here but unfortunately mine was not handled very well. I would not recommend new customers to this location. I want to note that he wasn't willing to provide the product I purchased, he would only provide pre-opened products from his "supply". I believe failing to provide the product purchased is otherwise known as "Fraud". – Alec Symmonds

Love Star Buds – Hoffman Estates. Very clean establishment, bright w/ tons of flower, vap, carts, edibles, pre-rolls etc. Todd is my go-to, extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable about any and all products which is AWESOME. He's willing to work w/ you to find the best possible product for the results you want. I went there specifically for the ROVE cartridges (one of the only places that sells this line extensively). I nabbed (2) .5g of Granddad Purp (Indica) for sleep a Blue Dream (Hybrid-Sativa) to get me through the day. Highly recommend A++++++ go visit them as they've always got deals going on as well. I came as a traveler from Minnesota and had a great experience. It always a hit or miss on people, definitely when you don't know much about the items. But this was definitely a hit. KJ was super nice and friendly. Love his vibes. Definitely recommend this place and if KJ working go talk to him. – Pink
