Long-term weekly customer did a pick up was shorted an item, called and initially was given a credit was called back again and told I was not getting a credit because the person on the call pulled the order and saw on camera that I was not shorted an item and that the bag was stapled. I was shorted an item, and the bag was not stapled, hmm. Who’s telling the truth? so Don’t trust them at all. I will no longer shop at this facility. There are too many other choices, truly sad experience. Lost a high value customer over less than $20, when I tip the pick up person $5 every time. – Patrick L
I came by to cash in on the Labor Day Deals. Bought a new disposable, found out that it didn’t work, got it replaced no questions asked. Found out my second disposable didn’t work either and it was a batch issue, and got it replaced a SECOND time no problem no fuss. Every interaction I had with staff was so sweet and everyone was so helpful! I used to shop around for the best deals, but I’m not going anywhere else. Thanks LIV crew! – Rachel Pierce
