I go to their location, pure cannabis in lapeer. I will never go here again, I've been on two wild goose chases because they don't want to unstuck their back. Most popular pre-rolls sitting in the back for 4 hours. They tell me to come back wednesday, on monday. I come in this morning they tell me to come back this afternoon, then I come in and they just tell me straight up sorry. You will never get my business again, in fact I may start even moving away from pure now and those people know me. Little does live now I've been a customer starting at explore cannabis, another facility that they own since the new law even took place. I buy at least four to six bags of those pre-rolls on a monthly basis plus other products. Lapeer would have went in the back and got me what I needed – Justin Washburn
Atmosphere is very welcoming and they have amazing deals. They will explain in great detail any thing u need to know. This place is great for ppl with anxiety.. No pressure what so ever. – Nikki Henry

Long-term weekly customer did a pick up was shorted an item, called and initially was given a credit was called back again and told I was not getting a credit because the person on the call pulled the order and saw on camera that I was not shorted an item and that the bag was stapled. I was shorted an item, and the bag was not stapled, hmm. Who’s telling the truth? so Don’t trust them at all. I will no longer shop at this facility. There are too many other choices, truly sad experience. Lost a high value customer over less than $20, when I tip the pick up person $5 every time. – Patrick L
