10/10 experience. First time in lovely people immediately, I make my purchase and leave, however upon leaving my purchase was defective. I returned five minutes later and the friendly staff learned about the defect, they tested the item to confirm its defect and was replaced absolutely hassle free. The girl at the front desk even had a wonderful conversation with me while I waited. Overall the selection was amazing, the staff were friendly and the building was clean. If you’re a first timer or just need a new place in general this should be it! Thank you to the staff once again! – David G

PLANET 59 in Waterford has all the best DEALS! Walking in I was immediately greeted and informed of all deals and specials going on. One of them was my favorite banned edibles the Sweet Chili NEW FLAVOR being on sale. I love the Potcorn by Banned for a good movie snack. Huge shout out to Colin and Planet 59 management. Have been a very regular customer and purchased something that I had major issues with the other day. Upon calling in the morning Colin said he would make everything right. When I got there today Colin not only made everything right and replaced my purchase he made an amazing recommendation that tasted phenomenal, and being something I wouldn't of considered buying im super happy with how flavorful and terpy it is. I was a regular customer twice a week for well over a year possible more, I seriously rooted for this business from day one and was loyal, after multiple pricing discrepancies missing items and poor customer service, clicky staff interaction and mishandled security I am no longer a customer I gave you multiple chances to do right by me and you chose not to if you know a customer is dangerous. They shouldn’t be allowed in I should be able to rock in the front door without a stranger getting up in my face like that if that happens your staff should notice it if you know who that person is when I bring them up and refuse to check the cameras and I have to hide in the bathroom in order to protect myself because you don’t have any type off security I don’t need to be a customer of yours. Not to mention prices parking customer service and lobby size are better elsewhere To respond to planet 59 if you wanted to rectify the situation you would have you have ALL of my contact info & i spoke with 4 different senior staff members on multiple occasions before I decided my loyalty had no value you were the only dispensary I visited for years – Tiffany Welch
