I was fully prepared to give them 5 stars based off of my amazing breakfast and our overall experience. HOWEVER, they apparently put garlic (SO MUCH GARLIC) in their country gravy. Listen, I'm from the south and my uncle Joe and Aunt Sue are surely turning in their graves over how badly our house and my husband's breath stank after he ate his leftovers the next day. It was so bad. So pungent. And I really like garlic. Man, you need to be obsessed with garlic to even come close to appreciating this gravy. Luckily for Freddie's, my hubby is obsessed with garlic. Unluckily for Freddie's, I'm the only one of us who does Google reviews. Sorry,Freddie's. That garlic cost you a star (but not a customer). – Joanna B

Went there for my first time. They wouldn't honor the price that was on their website. My cousin placed an order online and when he went to pick it up they had the wrong products in his bag and were very rude about their mistake. Ended up wasting a half hour to leave with nothing. This place SUCKS!!!! – Bobbie
Used to love going here, lately it's just a mess. It's a nightmare trying to even use a discount you earn through loyalty points. Management changes what you're allowed to use your points on nearly every week and it keeps getting worse. There's odd rules like you cant use your earned loyalty points on pre rolls or youll have to spend $10 for them to even consider using your points on anything too so it's never a deal. When I tried getting more expensive product to use my loyalty points on, they messed up the quantity on what I got so I just gave up on trying to ever use my discount. They also started this spin the wheel thing on Sundays. I loved the idea it was pretty cool. Staff would spin it for you if you did pickup. Management took that away and now you have to go inside. I tried to come inside instead but they do not let you spin the wheel if you have a pickup order. It's just a lot easier to go somewhere else and not miss out on any deals if you're handicap or not as mobile and need to do online orders. If owners or management don't want to offer loyalty points and let everyone spin the wheel then just don't offer it? It's embarrassing trying to put so many stipulations on things and offering stuff and then not allowing it in the first place. Just a weird thing to do. – Avery Khymitch
