All the associates go above and beyond. The products are awesome. Many different varieties of in many different forms. All good. Plenty of parking with easy access in and out. With two locations one north and one south in Gaylord Michigan. – jimmy de boer
Very piss poor dispo Family owned and operated with terrible menu communication Placed an order for a product that said was in stock order soon Called the store spoke to a girl (who had no clue what she was doing) Told me to come in so they could get my order for me then I go in and it’s out of stock and she says it has been for months. So with that how can you afford two stores but can’t afford to have a proper menu, can’t afford good customer service, or is it you choose not to just to get by as a business? I come here twice a week for the last 2 years and will not be returning to this disappointment of an establishment! – Wxnder Gaming
This is my dispo of CHOICE! I absolutely LOVE the team that works at both locations. I’ve been coming here for 2-ish years, and every staff member I’ve ever had is always friendly, kind, and provides prompt service. I’m always all about pricing too, and living up here in Northern Michigan they really have the best deals I’ve found. Two locations, Right off I-75, which makes it even more convenient. Additional Bonus Points: Pet friendly, points loyalty program, and punch card program. – Katelyn Gibbons
