The man who greeted us at the door was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately once we were inside, the middle-aged blonde woman with the long braids/dreadlocks was so condescending and rude, we immediately left and went to the store across the street. It doesn’t take much to be pleasant and I sure hope she’s the owner, because if not, she’s costing the company money. – Melissa B

Visited from Pittsburgh while on vacation. My ordering process was quick and easy. When I went back, it took 2 seconds to verify myself and my order and receive my order. I spent a total of atleast 10 minutes inside though, learning about products I may be interested in when Greg overhead me talking about pain and sleep.
