They gave me the wrong order. The salesman checking me out did not go through the order with me & sent me out with a sealed bag of someone else’s order that I was not allowed to open in the store. I went back to the store to try to make it right and was told the manager refused to correct the order. I will not be back to Ascend, obviously. Getting the wrong order (with someone else’s name on it) is an understandable mistake. Refusing to make it right is an example of poor ethics. – Katelyn Ettinger
