You can’t put negative stars? The product sold to me was unacceptable. I bought 4 items and only one of them was less than a year old. Two of them were close to three years old. All of it is going in the trash just like my money did. Tried to call the store and was put on hold for nearly 10 minutes before I hung up and decided to write this instead. I had a great experience at Greenhouse Walled Lake. Patrick helped us, and he was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process easy. They had everything I needed in stock, which made the visit quick and stress-free. I also really appreciated their pricing integrity. It looks like the product I purchased is going up in price (not their fault), and while the in-store price reflected that increase, they still honored the lower online price. I recently started going to the greenhouse of Wild lake about 3 weeks ago. I'm from the Plymouth Canton area. Initially, and now I'm staying in Wixom, but I have to say every time I come to this shop, they have the nicest staff that work there and they have anything that you could imagine there, product, wise, whatever your heart's desire, they have it. And pricewise , two , it's comparable to everywhere else and but in my opinion , it's the staff like kayla who helped me today , and they're great positive attitudes that make the atmosphere so awesome at the greenhouse. They are all truly wonderful people and I appreciate and thank them for all their hard work in servicing.All of us consumers. You guys are awesome! – Phil McKay
