I have been a medical patient and going to this place since 2017. I’ve had carts go bad had crappy flower runny live resin. But I’ve never complained. Today I go into the store with video of floral cal live rosin. It was dirty brown and runny rosin budder is not runny they won’t replace the product said that’s what it’s suppose to be like. That’s BS I’ve not had runny rosin till today. I went a head and made my purchase I’m only a few points from 2k so might as well get my 140.00 in points. I still think considering the amount I’ve spent here since 2017 far out ways the 33.00 to replace my product. Not to mention I spent another 150.00 today. My advice to you is go shop somewhere else. I'm so very disappointed, in a place I like to come frequently. They're super ready to help you and take your money. But if any of their products has a problem, it requires an immense amount of time effort frustration irritation an unmeaning platitudes to get nothing for the money you spent. I don't tell anybody not to shop here, but I will not be giving any more of my money to be on hello or any of their franchises, I've been nothing but a loyal customer and you treated me like I was a pest. – Phillip Schultz

I only go to this particular beyond hello because the staffing is so friendly and helpful no matter how many questions I have every time I come in.
