Absolutely Disgusted with Hello and Beyond – A Complete Scam and Joke of a Business I paid over $100 for an ounce of what I thought was quality weed, only to be sold a product that was packaged nearly a year ago—something I would have never checked if not for this nightmare. When I finally opened the package at home, I was hit with brown, old, disgusting-smelling garbage that was completely unfit for use. This is outright theft, plain and simple. When I contacted their customer service, I was met with nothing but incompetence and laziness. They told me to email the manager’s distribution list, take a picture, and go back to the store—like I have all the time and patience for their shady, convoluted process. When I finally went back, I was treated like a nuisance by two clueless managers who clearly couldn’t care less about their customers. Their “solution”? A laughable 10% discount on my next purchase—after being robbed of my hard-earned money for spoiled product. That’s their idea of “customer service”? Pathetic. I demanded to speak with the store’s general manager, only to be told she was on vacation on a Friday—how convenient. Of course, I was promised a callback that never happened. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this experience has shattered any trust I had. This place is a complete scam, run by shady, uncaring fools who only care about lining their pockets. As a medical patient, I expected professionalism, honesty, and respect. Instead, I got greed-driven, dishonest crooks who care only about profits and couldn’t care less about their customers’ health or satisfaction. Hello and Beyond are a disgrace—avoid at all costs unless you want to get ripped off, disrespected, and treated like garbage. Just got 2 disposable Mozey Pens (Citrus Bliss and Orange Cookies) and both of them tasted burnt and didn’t get me high at all. When I call to ask for my money back, they tell me that their store policy doesn’t cover that and told me to contact Mozey. I did, but who knows if they’ll email me back because they didn’t send me an email confirming that they got mine. I spent $70+ dollars and I want it back. I know they make plenty of money everyday, and the fact they can’t pay that back is laughable. It’s only my second time there so I most likely won’t be back unless they refund me, there’s plenty of other better dispensaries in my area that would. It’s not my fault you sold me TWO burnt carts. How are they not liable for selling faulty products?? It’s just scummy behavior. – The Gobber

Really good staff.. good customer service.. they get you in and out in a timely manner!! Will and the entire store staff do an amazing job attending to your needs! Would recommend to everyone in town and those passing through town. – M A

First time and last time I am going to this location! I always go to the one in Bloomington and they are super friendly so I thought why not try this one. WRONG! The big white guy that was at the check in point was so freaking rude. I tried to explain why I was early to pick up my order and he didn’t even let me finish. He went ahead and told me “corporate customer service doesn’t communicate with us” like what??? If you don’t like to deal with people then don’t work with people. Go work elsewhere, he probably won’t because they won’t allow him to sit all day being rude. Anyways, they are not nice here! – Diana Moreno
