I’ve had several teeth pulled and work done at both locations in Springfield. Dentist’s and assistant’s and receptionist have all been Wonderful. I am so happy my daughter directed me to this wonderful place. They are preparing me for dentures and I’m very happy with their plan and work. – Mark McCann
I was seen in the Dental Department on Wednesday and everyone was really nice and caring. I didn’t have a long wait and am very happy with the care they provided also the fact that I needed medicine for and abscess and it was ready at my pharmacy when I arrived to pick it up before going home. I was really grateful to get my children in the same day I called to register and set up an appointment. We are in between insurance right now and I figured this would be the least expensive option for us. I may as well have gone to the ER or my primary pediatrician for the charges I received. Front Office Staff was pleasant but failed to mention that due to their sliding scale for payments I would be paying $200 PER CHILD! They said I was 100% responsible for payments and then charged me $85 per child and said NOTHING more was due. This was true that nothing more was due THAT DAY but they didn't tell me I'd still be getting a huge bill days later. Nurse was great, but the Doctor was terrible, rude and didn't speak English well enough to understand anything I tried to tell her. I had to mime symptoms and point to where my daughter was having pain. Then the Doctor tried to tell me my 50lb 7 year old was fat. I had just taken my 7 year old for a check up with her primary physician a month ago and he said she was perfectly fine. I will NEVER go here again and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Staff made me wait 3 weeks for my tooth to be worked on called me less than 24 hours from my appointment canceled because doctor is sick rescheduled for a month later now my tooth has to be pulled feeling is no longer an option. They refused to work with me and give me an earlier appointment horrible Staffing put me on hold and hung up on me three times before I took somebody's name and they dealt with me. Had a dentist tell me that they could do an extraction for one of my other children when I called and asked about it that dentist wasn't there and they just kept referring me to some walk-in clinic completely disgusted and can't stand the fact that poor people have to deal with this good dentist see Dr Paul dentist no BS quickly taken care of takes medical card reasonably priced if none – Dallan Rice
