Horrible. Stand behind your product! Sell junk! Go elsewhere. They dont even care when they are telling you your screwed. You sell crap. If you didn't sell junk you would have the return policy you have. Apparently you have had many issues due to the junk you sell. Maybe if you sold quality product you wouldn't have to have such a crap policy. You've lost my business and many other due to this. Take care of your customers and stand behind your product corporat! 40% off for military is only with a military photo ID and the advertisement says nothing of the sort is needed, only proof of service. We took in a dd214 which clearly matches the license data with picture and the people would not only not accept it, but were highly rude. – Herbie Swan
