Staff is always great, prices are a little steep but that's with really any business nowadays. Great atmosphere. Only reason for the three stars is they need a bigger building, and a few staff members have been disrespectful or have said rude stuff before, But that was when they first got their location, but I don't think they work there anymore. Everyone was so polite and helpful. They go above and beyond to understand your needs and direct you to the product(s) that will be most helpful.
