Absolutely terrible experience. I placed my order at the kiosk and selected a distillate syringe exactly as it was displayed on the screen. When I received my order, it was incorrect. I went back inside immediately to explain the mistake, expecting a simple exchange. Instead, the manager was called over and handled the situation in a shockingly unprofessional manner. Rather than taking responsibility or offering a solution, he was dismissive, rude, and made it clear he had no interest in correcting the mistake. I was essentially told there was nothing they would do and that corporate “doesn’t care.” The lack of accountability and basic customer service was unbelievable. Mistakes happen — how a business responds is what matters. Unfortunately, this was handled with zero professionalism or respect. I will not be returning and would strongly caution others about the way customers are treated here. – Mr. Lorenz
From the time I opened the door till the time I walked out was a great experience! The security guard brought to my attention asking if I knew my license expired at the end of the month ( I wasn't aware) he apologized for bringing it to my attention saying customers usually got mad when he would say something. I was grateful he did or I probably wouldn’t have batted an eye at it. My attendant was Scott fantastic energy! Was also patient with me when I couldn’t decide on some things. I’ll never stop loving and craving that amazing aroma that wraps itself around you the moment that second door at the entrance is opened. I wish that’s what it smelled like every time I opened the door at my house. Sarah was excellent at her job and provided some helpful info as well and very knowledgeable about the products.
