Jerian was extremely professional and made everything simple and pleasant! Jerian is the best! I forgot to tip her, so shame on me. The least I can do is tell the company how pleasant she made us. – K P

I made an order online to pick up through the drive-thru, but unfortunately I wasn't able to pick it up that day. When I called, I spoke to a sweet girl who said if I didn't pick it up the end of the second day, it would be cancelled. Again, I wasn't able to pick it up on the second day. So thinking the order was cancelled, I made another order online. I called on my way to pick up the order, just to make sure the first order was cancelled. I spoke to Sabrina, and she said I had two orders. When I explained I wanted to pick up only the second order, she said I could "figure it out" in the drive-thru. I didn't appreciate her tone, and she was rude. When I arrived at Flora's, I went inside to straighten it out, instead of holding up the drive-thru. A young man named Devon helped me, and he was extremely kind and extremely understanding. I really appreciated how helpful he was, and he was very friendly. He has excellent customer service. – Stacie

30+ bucks for a 1g pre roll is a little freaking crazy to me. Once you give your license they grab your phone number and then you go into a waiting room and wait for your name to be called. It's like a doctor's office haha thought that was cute. Seems clean and professional! But the prices are a little insane – Marina C

I reviewed flora but on my old account so here’s another 5 star for the best dispensary in town !! Super clean and super friendly and KLARISSA is the cats pajamas and knows her stuff! Girl, I broke the sucker out and yay it’s delicious 😋 – Paula
