I placed an order online 2 -1 gram live rosin cartridges , I picked my order up only to get home for them to be .5 gram. I called and the manager on duty (Joey) very rude made it seem like I was bothering him, showed zero compassion and belittled me by talking to me like a child. I drove out of my way to shop with North due to me thinking I had found a good deal, only to be ridiculed for not knowing that it was a mistake on the stores end that they didn’t tell me , just led me on to believe I was picking up my 2 cartridges as ordered.it even says on my receipt 1 gram – Drew

The no chin lady and curly hair lady have ruined this place. Zero customer service. Never a greeting or thank you, even while tipping. They're rude every single time. We've started going other places due to them. – Pamela Lovett

My wife came in last night and bought a 3g preroll. The total was around 50$ or so, my wife tipped 5$ and we later found out she was charged 71$ on her debt card transaction. The guy gave her 3$ in change and I don't know if he miscounted and shorted us 10$, or if he just pocketed that himself for an additional tip. No way in hell we are going to be back though paying 71$ for a 3g pre roll. – Lawrence Murphy
