The products are top tear and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for medical patients and recreational users. The menu is good and the products in-store match the menu. The staff are kind and happy to answer questions. I have been to Michigan and have looked at other dispensary in Ohio and the prices at Italian Herbs are usually better. – alan mackenzie
Half of the flower I get is old and dry. Need to have more accessories, if I buy a pod there should be a battery to buy with it as well, the Klutch luster pro is a good one, butterfly effect etc. Wish there was better sales on the stuff that isn’t 8 months old. But I do always get what I order and never been a product issue ( carts, edibles ). A rewards system also wouldn’t be a bad idea as most other dispensaries have this. – Jon B
