Half of the flower I get is old and dry. Need to have more accessories, if I buy a pod there should be a battery to buy with it as well, the Klutch luster pro is a good one, butterfly effect etc. Wish there was better sales on the stuff that isn’t 8 months old. But I do always get what I order and never been a product issue ( carts, edibles ). A rewards system also wouldn’t be a bad idea as most other dispensaries have this. – Jon B
Highly suspicious and very difficult business to deal with. Stale, dry products, an odd, one-sided phone policy that appears to be selectively enforced. Unusual operating hours and product weight typically less than advertised. But I presume that to be a result of the excessively dried out product. Long wait times. Unusual locking doors that make you feel trapped both upon entry and exit. I do not feel as if the business understands it's customers. They still haven't straightened out their clearly floating no phone policy. Absolutely dissatisfied with my experience and do not recommend this business. There are many other dispensaries that do not make you feel unwanted. That are staffed on Mondays. That do not have a tiny hallway that locks you inside for no reason. The products are top tear and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for medical patients and recreational users. The menu is good and the products in-store match the menu. The staff are kind and happy to answer questions. I have been to Michigan and have looked at other dispensary in Ohio and the prices at Italian Herbs are usually better. – alan mackenzie
