I have been here numerous times and I will never be back. The dude with the long hair and nasty condescending attitude patient consultant 88555, Sorry, I couldn’t focus on his name through all of his huffing and puffing and inconvenience of having to do his job. From the moment I went in there, he blatantly ignored me when I was trying to talk to him about an issue that I had on a previous battery and that I needed the threading matched to not have that issue again. His customer service was awful! When I said, I would buy something He suddenly had a personality. Everything he responded with was condescending and passive aggressive. I tried to brush it off and I made a comment about the card service when I said “oh that’s why it comes out as ATM.” He said yeah because it is an ATM in a nasty tone. When I called to talk to someone, the person at the front desk was nosy and just wanted the information on everything and then said sorry you had a bad experience and hung up. He just wanted the gossip of it so he could let the back know what was happening before the GM called that I requested. I am a disabled veteran 100% PTSD and I use marijuana for my medication, I just Needed help finding a proper battery and I got met with ignoring and attitude. You can watch the videos, I’m sure there’s plenty of surveillance. If that’s your idea of customer service, I’m bringing my business as well as others, to the other dispensary in Lima.
