Honestly just a good dispensary, it's become a favorite! Living 5 minutes down the road helps I'm sure, but I don't mind a drive so I wouldn't go here if I didn't like the experience. There are fantastic deals going on genuinely all the time and the staff has always been really helpful with their suggestions. Coming here convinced us to finally apply for a med card as well (very much appreciate the $10 off!), and it's been a game changer. I used to be cool with getting something D8 or THC-A from a smoke shop every now and again, but this place has turned me back into a connoisseur 🔥 Keep up the great work, y'all! I absolutely adore all of the staff at windy city in litchfield! They always laugh at my stupid jokes, LOL but seriously, I did not make it in time for my birthday month. When I asked if I could still receive the discount or anything at all for my birthday, Kat, who was taking care of me, was just wonderful to ensure that I was able to get my birthday gift! I love the service I get at the Windy City Cannabis Litchfield dispensary! April and Jen were so helpful and nice to me the entire time! The app update has hidden the rewards points, so I had to ask while I was in the store earlier this week. 142 points, 8 away from 5 off. I bought product enough to definitely get me to my 150 $5 off- the budtender even mentioned it. Today I called to check and my points are the same as before I bought. Why? According to Brianna, because the store is quietly ending the rewards program. Apparently, people aren't even able to redeem these points that are still on their accounts, let alone have the points applied to their account. That is honestly incredibly shady. When I said that, I was told 'something' is coming out in January and that a budtender 'should' tell you when it's out. The budtender didn't tell me my points were junk- they in fact confirmed when I was last in that I should have enough to redeem next time. I'm heading up to pick up for today, and going forward I will be using a more transparent company. That's absolutely deceptive practice. – Ivy
