Second time in a row I tried going there and not one person has been up front. Left a sign saying they were helping other customers, waited 8 minutes and no one greeted me or came to the front. Will not make the mistake of stopping there again. – robert Root
First time here… as soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with a smile and a huge welcome from the sweet girl at the front. She informed me where to go and how the process works, and even made personal conversation, which made me feel totally welcomed and safe. As soon as I walked through the double doors, I was immediately greeted. Michael was absolutely incredible! He was informative, honest, and guided me along the way. Skymint used to be my go to and I would even travel up to Holland regularly to purchase from them. However, I’ve seen a steep decline in availability of products, and I can even go in with the cheeriest of moods and they typically let me leave disappointed by their customer service. They are not helpful when picking out products, I was just told that I need to stop looking at all the pretty displays and look at the items on the walls that they sell. Why display items if you don’t sell/carry them? And why not be more helpful when a customer says they are open to purchasing anything? – Abby Taylor
