Always have great experience at Ratio. The staff is what keeps me coming back! Always fast and knowledgeable. I tend to check out their specials before anything else. Be sure to tip your budtenders. I park in the back portion and it’s always a breeze to get in and out. There is a road between Aldi and O’Riley you can take to get there. Ratio is on the other side of O’Riley. – Jenn Denn

You will never meet a nicer, more helpful bunch of folks as the Ratio crew. I'm an older customer so not familiar with all the delivery methods but everyone is knowledgable and happy to help. This will definitely be my dispensary of choice if I’m in the area, I had picked up some pre-rolls yesterday and Josh gave me a call this morning and said they had messed up my order and they were very quick and prompt and got me the pre-roll and then some extra goodies, and I really do appreciate the honesty. A lot of companies would not have made that call and owned up to their mistake. 5/5 also, the rest of the staff is always super friendly and always opened helping you out! – Joel Troyer

Stopped into ratio for the first time the other day after passing by it on my commute to work for months now. I had a wonderful experience with my budtender Lee! He was super knowledgeable and helped me find the best products. I was intimidated at first because I had never been to a dispensary before, but Lee walked me through the whole process and helped me pick out a few prerolls! Thanks again Lee! – Emma Marie

Lee is an outstanding employee! One who deserves recognition! Every time I go in, Lee puts a smile on my face and is just so pleasant to be around.
