Been going to ratio since they opened they're doors! The atmosphere and customer service is beyond awesome. Every single person in there makes you feel welcome and apart of their world. I have always been able to find what im looking for! That being said…..im not sure who bought out the company but I have noticed some changes in product that im not very happy about. I buy vapes alot, disposables, carts all of those things and I've noticed the quality seems to have gone down. Like the Later days vapes are just as expensive as the vapen yet they are pretty much gas station quality. Very cheap looking, cheap tasting and all around a disappointment. Yet the cost is sky high. Also where has all the good Farkas Farms flower gone? Woodward fine cannibas? I seem to only be seeing cheaper brands not as good flower for same price or more. Im hoping its just been a few bad weeks. Loyal customer. Also I DO NOT want to drive the extra 20 mins to the Botanist but with the selections and pricing I feel like I have no choice. – Olivia Vogel
