My husband and I have been Lume customers for years. All the stores we’ve been to have been excellent. The space is clean and cool yet still with an inviting vibe. The products are top notch and even if you’re not collecting points with the rewards program the deals are still fantastic, with a really wide array of choices. The customer service is always fantastic but today I had an especially great experience. The amazing woman (purple hair and I’m sorry I’ve forgotten her name) was so kind and helpful. I was able to explain my needs for something very mild and CBD heavy and she introduced me to the most beautiful gummy. Sebastian was awesome. He helped us with a different varieties of gummy’s and flour. Can’t wait to come back to loom. The service was great and the product is always wonderful. Back again that loom seems that I can’t stay out of this Awesome Pl., Logan was awesome. Customer service was on point and he was friendly to boot.
