I love all the deal they have and the staff here are great!!! If your a repeat customer like I am the place is like Cheers, lol. But instead calling out your name when you walk in they all make sure to say by to you before you leave. It really makes you want to come back!! Today the 2 crew members stuck out the most today the new gentleman Noah and like always Star! This location has a cool vibe, staff are super friendly. I got the chance to meet Ryan, knows what hes talking about when it comes to cannabis, he was polite, helpful, and not overly friendly. 😊 He was able to find me a good choice for the amount of money I had. The last two visits to the Key Dispensary in Rolla MO they have charged me incorrectly! They had a special on specific pre-rolls 2 for $16. And I took advantage of this special price but yet when I got home and checked my receipt they charged me full price $10 each instead of $8 each. I know this seems minor but it’s still annoying especially when I told the budtender that happened and he ensured me it wouldn’t happen again but yet today the charged me the incorrect price again so it’s just super annoying! It’s not about the $ necessary it’s about customer service and honoring your merchandise, specials etc as priced! – Gin – Ginny Wyatt

This place is day and night difference from when it was trinity. Every employee ive came into contact with has been super helpful and friendly. They'll all knowledgeable about their product, and are very attentive to your needs. Not to mention, they low key give you frequent flyer miles essentially if you're a regular. Plus you can get all the way down to $50 half zips of actual nug, not shake, and its still good quality. Moral of the story, I always have good experiences here. – Charles Ritz
