Great shop for all things glass. Sarah has helped me out most times I've been in there and is always a delight. They sold me on some really solid lavish papers last time I was there, and even pointed me in the direction of someone that might be able to repair my soft glass vase. 10/10 love passing through here – Audra Hannah

They do glass blowing classes! Affordable classes, art is valued well, lots of unique local glass pieces here!! – Abe Numerick

Legacy Glassworks knows how to do business and customer service is just amazing. I’ve had some communication with Legacy through IG and received prompt replies. The selection blows my mind and it was difficult to make a decision of what to buy. I ended up purchasing my first two heady pieces and I couldn’t be happier! I feel like family and they will have repeat business from me. Check them out! You won’t be disappointed! – Jodi

Recently I attended a wineglass-making class with my girlfriend for our anniversary. The class was amazing and we had a lot of fun while developing a new appreciation for glassblowing. The reason why this is not 5-stars however is due to the complete lack of customer service. I got a call at 3:30 today saying that our wineglasses were ready to go. Amazed by the fast response but still at work I responded that I would be over later today. I arrived at the store however to my dismay the store completely omitted that one of the wineglasses was broken. Apparently they didn't inform me because at some point today they were hoping to get one of their glassblowers to fix it. We could've avoided this entire scenario if they just told me in the first place, now I feel frustrated because I did a round trip to Minneapolis. I liked the service and would like to continue using it but not if employees are omitting details on a product that was paid for three weeks in advance. – Never-ending Story

I just had an awesome experience learning how to do glassblowing. The two hour class provided everything you needed, so you just show up being ready to experience. My instructor Dan did such a wonderful job not only teaching you the basics of glassblowing but also encouraging you to have confidence as a beginner artist. Highly recommended! – Ryo Hamasaki (Reo)
